Kitesurfing entry & advanced course

This course is for people who want to try and learn kitesurfing for the first time. You may also have been on a course but you never really got started and you would like to have refreshed safety aspects of kitesurfing to responsibly have fun on the water. Finally, you might have some kitesurfing experience but would like to bring your kitesurfing skills to the next level.
We agree place and time upon knowing the weather conditions to maximize the chances of success for you and for us as we like to see you making progress.

We follow IKO teaching standards.

Requirements:

• Good overall body condition
• Healthy – no major diseases
• No hydrophobia

These course in built up of

• Check of your level and skills
• Planning of a personalized course especially for you
• Instruction in kitesurfing safety on land
• Instruction in kitesurfing techniques on land
• Walk through Kitesurfing gear on land
• Kite flying on land with feedback (entry level)
• Getting gear
• Excercises with a kite on water with feedback (advanced/brush up level )
• Sailing upwind with our rescue boat and doing a downwinder (if you’re at this level)
• Evaluation and recommendations for your next steps

Bring with you:

• Bathing clothes and towel
• Gladly a small snack and water
• Positive vibes and motivation to learn

* Weather warranty –  The course might get cancelled due to safety precautions due to very strong winds, rain or thunder. We can quite precisely predict the weather 1-2 days in advance and will inform you a.s.a.p. if you’ll be affected. We will always suggest an alternative day for the course otherwise you’ll get your money back.
